A 4-port USB 2.0 KVM switch lets four computers share four peripherals with one-button switching and LED indicators
This KVM switch lets four computers share up to four USB peripherals with a single button press. No driver installation is needed on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 or MAC OS 8.6 and higher. The metal enclosure measures 2.56 by 4 by 0.79 inches and draws power from the connected computers.
Because no external power supply is required, the unit adds no heat or fan noise to the desk. Each of the four ports has a dedicated LED that shows the active computer at a glance. Data transfers run at up to 480 Mbps and remain compatible with USB 1.1 devices.
The package supplies four USB cables so every computer can be connected straight out of the box. Wireless mice and mechanical keyboards are supported without extra configuration. Buyers who need to share more than four computers or require USB 3.0 speeds will not be served by this model.

Plug the four supplied cables into the upstream ports on the switch, connect the other ends to the four computers, then attach the mouse and keyboard to the downstream hub ports; the single front button toggles which computer owns the peripherals.
The switch is driver-free and supports mechanical keyboards and wireless mice on Windows XP through 10, Vista and macOS 8.6 or later, so existing peripherals should work immediately.
The switch passes USB 2.0 traffic at up to 480 Mbps, so a flash drive will operate at its normal high-speed rate rather than falling back to USB 1.1 speeds.
