Bi-directional USB-C KVM lets two sources share one display or one source drive two displays with 8K 60 Hz video, 10 Gbps data and 100 W charging
This KVM switch lets two USB-C video sources share one display or one source drive two displays. It suits laptop, tablet, phone and console users who need to switch a monitor and USB peripherals between two hosts. Two displays cannot show content at the same time and devices must not be expanded through a hub. The unit ships with two USB-C 3.0 cables.
The switch works on Windows 10, 8, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS and Linux without any driver installation. A single button press toggles the active host and LED indicators show which computer is in control. Data transfer via Thunderbolt hard disks is not supported so those drives will not function through this switch.
The USB-C interface tops out at 10Gbps for data and supports up to 100W charging for connected hosts. Video output reaches 8K resolution at 60Hz but simultaneous dual-display operation is not possible. Included cables are 3.3 ft long which limits the distance between the switch and each device.

The front-panel button toggles between sources and the LED indicator lights show which computer is currently in control, confirming the active video and data path.
The box contains two USB-C 3.0 cables and one USB-A-to-C power supply cable, each 3.3 ft long, so no additional cables are required for the described setup.
Use the 2-in-1-out mode; it lets two USB-C video sources share one display at 8K 60Hz, while the reverse mode connects one source to two displays (not simultaneously).
