4CH HD-SDI DVR with 6TB storage

This Eyemax package delivers a four-channel HD-SDI digital video recorder paired with a pre-installed 6TB hard drive. Four black indoor dome cameras each use a 1/3 inch Sony CMOS sensor and a 3.6mm lens to capture full HD 1080p footage. The system suits small business or residential premises needing straightforward coaxial cabling.

Included cameras and DVR expand coverage

Four dome cameras arrive in the box ready for ceiling or wall mounting, eliminating the need to source compatible sensors separately. The DVR records all four channels simultaneously at 1080p and offers HDMI and VGA outputs for local monitoring. A programmable quad-view spot output lets operators highlight a single camera or show all four on a secondary display.

Korean-built hardware with versatile connectivity

Both the recorder and cameras are manufactured in Korea and feature wide dynamic range for balanced exposure in high-contrast scenes. Gigabit Ethernet enables remote access via the CatchEye app on iPhone and Android, while sensor inputs and a relay alarm output support external triggers. Analog video out on each camera provides a fallback for legacy monitors.

Questions about this item

Will the 6 TB hard drive inside the BL-NM04D1-BB6TB need to be replaced after a certain period?

The package ships with a 6 TB drive installed; plan to replace it when it reaches its rated workload limit or if SMART errors appear.

What recording limit appears first during continuous 1080p capture on all four channels?

Storage capacity is the first bottleneck — four 1080p streams fill 6 TB in roughly two weeks at typical bit-rates.

How much fan noise and heat should I expect from the DVR during all-day operation?

The unit runs a single internal fan; expect a low hum and warm exhaust air, but no loud whine under normal load.
