Hidden HD-TVI pinhole camera

The Eyemax HI-ESOK-CH is a covert security camera housed inside an electric-socket enclosure for discreet indoor monitoring. It captures video at 1080P HD-TVI or 960H analogue resolution using a 2.8-inch sensor and a fixed 3.7 mm pinhole lens. Day and night operation is supported with 2DNR and 3DNR digital noise reduction. The unit runs on 12V DC power.

Analogue and HD-TVI output limits

The camera provides dual video output over coaxial cable, switching between HD-TVI and standard analogue formats. Maximum resolution is capped at 1080P for HD-TVI and 960H for analogue, so longer cable runs may reduce effective detail. No network streaming, PoE or onboard recording are included; a compatible DVR is required to store or view footage. Fixed 3.7 mm lens gives a set field of view that cannot be adjusted.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1080P or 960H output on the HI-ESOK-CH?

Choose 1080P via the HD-TVI connection for full high-definition recording, or 960H via the analog connection for compatibility with older DVRs.

What does the 3.7mm pinhole lens mean for the installed view?

The 3.7mm fixed focal length gives a moderately wide field of view suitable for room coverage, while the pinhole design allows discreet mounting inside the socket housing.
