Outdoor bullet camera with 56 IR LEDs reaching 120 ft, 1/3″ Sharp CCD delivering 380 TV lines day and 420 TV lines night, 0.3 lux at F1.2, 12 V DC 1700 mA, weatherproof.
The Eyemax IR-2356 is an analog bullet camera built for outdoor surveillance. It uses a 1/3” Sharp CCD sensor to deliver 380 TV lines by day and 420 TV lines by night. The camera suits retail shops, banks, homes and industrial sites that need a fixed-lens deterrent with night-vision reach.
Fifty-six high-intensity IR LEDs illuminate scenes up to 120 feet in total darkness, dropping low-light sensitivity to 0.3 lux at F1.2. The sealed metal bracket and weatherproof casing keep the internals dry while the camera draws 12 V DC at 1700 mA. Auto white balance, back-light compensation and auto gain control adjust exposure without audible fans.
Buyers choose either a 4 mm or 6 mm fixed lens at purchase; the focal length cannot be changed later. This decides the field of view and identification distance for the life of the install. The camera is not for installers who need varifocal adjustment, motorised zoom or IP-network connectivity.

Use the included metal bracket to fix the camera to a wall or eave, then run a 12 V DC supply rated at least 1700 mA; the common mistake is using an undersized adapter that causes night-time IR drop-out.
The 56 IR LEDs and the weatherproof seals are the items that degrade first; plan to inspect the lens cover for moisture ingress and verify LED output once a year.
The infrared illumination is rated to 120 feet; beyond that range the 0.3 lux sensitivity at F1.2 cannot compensate, so facial detail drops off sharply.
