Eyemax XIR-2142FV Bullet Camera

This new Eyemax XIR-2142FV is a wired analog surveillance camera built for outdoor installation. It captures Full HD 1080p video using a 1/3 inch Sony CMOS sensor with progressive scan. The IP68-rated housing protects internal components against dust and water ingress.

Dual HD-SDI and Analog Output

The camera provides both HD-SDI and analog video outputs simultaneously. This dual interface allows direct connection to modern HD-SDI recorders and legacy analog DVRs without extra converters. Installers can verify the signal on either output during setup.

Suited for Mixed-Format Systems

Buyers upgrading existing analog cabling to HD-SDI while keeping older recorders will benefit from the dual output. Installations requiring motorised pan-tilt-zoom movement or wireless transmission should look at alternative models.

Questions about this item

What does 1080p resolution deliver on a live monitor?

The camera outputs a 1080p Full HD picture at 2 megapixels, giving sharp detail for facial recognition and licence-plate capture on a compatible HD-SDI DVR or monitor.

How does the dual HD-SDI and analog output affect cabling choices?

You can run the HD-SDI feed over standard coaxial cable for digital 1080p, or switch to the analog CVBS output for legacy DVRs without replacing the wiring.

What mounting clearance does the IP68 bullet housing need?

The weather-rated bullet body fits on a wall or ceiling bracket; external zoom and focus knobs on the rear let you adjust the 2.8–12mm lens after the camera is secured.
