BNC to HDMI converter for CCTV upgrades

The Eyoyo 4KHD converts TVI, CVI, AHD and CVBS security camera signals to a 1080P 60FPS HDMI output. It accepts camera resolutions from 720P up to 8MP and automatically detects PAL or NTSC formats. The unit is designed for installers who want to keep existing coaxial cameras while moving to modern HDMI monitors or TVs.

Metal enclosure runs 24/7 with passive cooling

A sturdy metal housing dissipates heat without a fan, allowing continuous operation. The supplier notes long-distance transmission up to 500700 metres over coaxial cable, with distance varying by resolution. A 75 Ohm / HI-Z switch is provided for impedance matching on the BNC loop output.

HDMI and BNC loop outputs work simultaneously

The converter delivers HDMI to a display while passing the original BNC signal to a DVR, so both devices can record or view at the same time. Multiple converters can be used together for synchronous multi-monitor setups. A 5V power adapter is included in the box.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the BNC camera and set the 75 Ohm / Hi-Z switch correctly?

Connect the camera BNC cable to the BNC input, then set the 75 Ohm / Hi-Z switch to 75 Ohm for a single display or Hi-Z when looping to a DVR; plug the 5V power supply in last.

Will the metal enclosure need any fan cleaning or thermal paste replacement during 24/7 operation?

The sealed metal housing relies on passive heat dissipation with no internal fan or user-serviceable thermal interface, so no periodic cleaning or paste replacement is required.

At what cable length does the 8MP signal start to degrade over coaxial cable?

The supplier rates long-distance transmission up to 500700 metres over coaxial cable, with the exact limit varying by camera resolution.
