Four-Port RCA-to-HDMI Switch

This converter accepts four composite RCA sources and outputs a single HDMI signal at 720p or 1080p 60Hz. It is aimed at owners of legacy consoles such as the Sega, Wii, N64, GameCube, SNES, PlayStation 1, 2 or 3, Xbox, VHS, VCR or DVD players who want to connect them to a modern display. The unit automatically detects PAL, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N standards.

Plug-and-Play Installation

No drivers or extra software are required; simply connect the sources, attach the supplied USB-C power adapter and select the active input with the front button or the IR remote. The metal enclosure and aluminium construction add durability. A common issue is forgetting to power the unit via the USB-C port, which results in no signal on the display.

Sustained Upscaling Performance

The internal 10-bit 162 MSPS sampler continuously digitises the composite stream without frame drops during long sessions. The scaler maintains a stable 1080p 60Hz output for retro gaming or tape playback. It cannot convert HDMI back to RCA, so users needing bidirectional conversion must look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the converter is outputting 1080p at 60Hz after connecting my console?

The unit automatically detects the composite signal and converts it to 1080p at 60Hz using 10-bit 162MSPS sampling; check your display's info overlay to verify the active resolution and refresh rate.

Which cables and power items are included, and what must I supply myself?

The box contains the converter, a USB Type C cable, a USB power adapter, one HDMI cable and an IR remote with battery; you only need to provide the four RCA source cables for your devices.

Should I choose this 4-port model or a single-port version for my retro setup?

Choose this 4-port model when you have multiple RCA sources such as a PS2, Wii, N64 and VCR that you want to switch between on one HDMI input; a single-port version only handles one source at a time.
