Multi-platform wireless headset

The Fachixy VK81 is a white over-ear gaming headset built for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch via a 2.4 GHz USB or Type-C dongle. It also pairs to phones and tablets through Bluetooth 5.4. Xbox consoles are not supported by either connection method.

Dongle setup and microphone limits

Plug the dongle into a USB-A or USB-C port and the link is active without drivers. The boom microphone functions only in 2.4 GHz mode; it is disabled when the headset runs on Bluetooth. Folding hinges let the earcups collapse for transport, and a 2.5 hour charge restores the 60 hour battery.

Check ports and device list before buying

Verify your system has a free USB-A or USB-C socket for the dongle if you plan to game on PC or console. Confirm you do not need Xbox compatibility, as the headset will not connect to those platforms. Bluetooth 5.4 handles mobile audio but cannot carry the mic signal on Switch.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the headset is delivering the stated 60 hours of battery life after setup?

Charge the headset fully for about 2.5 hours, then use it normally; the operating time should approach 60 hours before the battery needs recharging.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately for the 2.4 GHz dongle connection?

The package includes the VK81 headset and one charging cable; the USB-C dongle for 2.4 GHz wireless is also supplied, and no extra accessories are required for that mode.

Which version should I choose if I need both Bluetooth 5.4 for my phone and low-latency 2.4 GHz for PS5 gaming?

The VK81 supports both Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.4 GHz USB-C wireless in a single unit, so one headset covers both use cases without picking a separate version.
