It uses 3D TLC NAND and an SLC cache to deliver sequential reads up to 550MB/s and writes up to 480MB/s. The drive supports TRIM, SMART, LDPC ECC and thermal throttling for data integrity. It is designed for consumer desktops and laptops with an M.2 SATA slot.
