Hazardous-location amber strobe light

The Federal Signal 151XST-120A is a hazardous-location warning light that produces an amber strobe flash for industrial and marine signalling. It mounts on a 3/4 in NPT fitting and carries IP66, Marine and NEMA 4X ratings for use in wet, corrosive or dusty environments.

Replaces fixed or rotating beacons

This strobe replaces steady-burn or rotating beacons where a high-visibility flash is required for safety marking. The jump is worth it when a facility needs 80 flashes per minute at 165 candela and a lamp life of 10,000 hours in temperatures from -67 to 150 degrees F.

Check voltage, conduit and clearance

Verify that the supply is 120V AC and that the circuit can provide 0.32 A. Confirm the mounting location accepts a 3/4 in NPT conduit entry and that the 9 1/4 in overall height fits the available clearance.
