ID-badge pouches

This pack contains 25 Fellowes 52007 thermal laminating pouches sized for ID badges. Each pouch measures 5 mil thick and is designed for hot laminators. They preserve, protect and enhance small documents such as identification tags. The glossy finish is compatible with all thermal laminator brands.

Ready-to-use format

Pouches arrive pre-cut to ID dimensions so no trimming is required before lamination. Users simply place the document inside the pouch and feed it through a hot laminator. The unpunched design keeps the sealed edge intact for badge clips or lanyards. Glossy surfaces work with any thermal machine without special settings.

Durable everyday handling

The 5 mil thickness adds rigidity that resists bending during daily wear. Sealed edges stay closed when cards are swiped, scanned or attached to reels. Pouches feed smoothly through standard rollers without jamming. The clear gloss maintains readability for barcodes and photographs over time.
