Transparent PVC Binding Covers

These clear covers measure 8-3/4 by 11-1/4 inches with a 7.5 mil thickness to protect title pages from spills and tears. The 25 pack supplies enough stock for regular office binding tasks.

19-Ring Comb System Compatibility

Unpunched sheets adapt to any 19-ring comb binding machine without alignment issues. The material is not suitable for thermal-binding equipment and will not seal under heat.

Replaces Pre-Punched or Smaller Covers

The oversize dimensions prevent edge exposure on standard letter documents. Buyers who need thermal-binding covers or pre-punched formats should select a different product.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 8-3/4 x 11-1/4 in oversize covers or the 8-1/2 x 11 in size?

The oversize covers give a small border around standard letter pages so the binding comb does not touch the printed area, while the standard size matches the page exactly; pick oversize if you want that extra margin.

How does the 7.5 mil thickness feel once the document is bound?

At 7.5 mil the clear PVC adds a firm, protective layer that resists spills and tears without making the bound stack bulky or difficult to flip through.

Will these un-punched covers work with my 19-ring comb binding machine?

Yes, they are made for 19-ring comb systems; you simply punch them with the same machine before inserting the comb.
