Professional binding for reports

These plastic combs give documents a clean, professional finish. Each comb holds 21 to 40 sheets of standard paper. The pack contains 25 black combs for multiple projects. They work with any standard 19-ring comb-binding system.

Simple comb insertion

Open the comb on the binding machine, thread the punched pages onto the rings, then close the comb to secure the document. Misaligned holes or overloading beyond 40 sheets can cause jams or loose pages. The 5/16 inch diameter matches the stated capacity range.

Check your binding machine

Verify the machine uses a standard 19-ring comb mechanism before ordering. Confirm the maximum sheet capacity of your device suits 21 to 40 sheets per comb. Ensure you have enough combs in the 25 pack for your typical workload.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 5/16" combs hold 40 sheets properly after binding?

A correctly bound document lies flat, the 19-ring comb opens and closes smoothly, and all pages turn freely without tearing or catching on the black plastic teeth.

What comes in the 52321 pack and what must I supply myself?

The box contains 25 black 5/16" plastic combs; you need a standard 19-ring comb-binding machine and your own covers or paper stock.

When should I choose the 5/16" 40-sheet combs instead of a smaller diameter?

Select this 5/16" diameter when your document contains between 21 and 40 sheets; smaller combs are for fewer pages, larger combs for thicker stacks.
