Letter-size thermal pouches for frequent handling

These Fellowes 5743601 pouches measure 9 by 11.5 inches with a 5 mil thickness. They are sold in a 200 pack for everyday document protection. The clear glossy finish keeps text and images readable after lamination.

Simple heat-seal process works

Insert the document, feed the pouch sealed-edge first, and the machine does the rest. Misfeeding the open edge causes jams and wrinkled film. Static cling can make sheets stick together, so fan the stack before loading.

Limited to hot-roller machines and flat media

Cold-press or self-adhesive systems cannot activate the thermal adhesive. The 5 mil film adds rigidity, so folded or bulky items will not seal evenly. Documents larger than letter size must be trimmed or use wider pouches.
