5 mil laminating pouches for ID badges

These clear pouches preserve, protect and enhance documents that receive moderate handling, filing or posting. Each pack contains 100 pretrimmed sheets ready for immediate use. They suit offices, schools and anyone needing durable everyday lamination.

5 mil thickness for moderate use

The 5 mil gauge is the specification that determines suitability; it is designed for items handled regularly but not subjected to heavy wear. Thinner or thicker pouches would not match this durability profile. The pouches are unpunched and compatible with all laminator brands.

Pretrimmed glossy finish

The glossy surface enhances document clarity while the pretrimmed edges eliminate manual cutting. No clips or binding accessories are included in the pack. This reduces preparation time for high-volume laminating tasks.

Questions about this item

How does the 5 mil thickness perform once the pouch has been run through a laminator?

The 5 mil thickness is designed for moderate handling, filing or posting and provides clear, durable results after lamination.

What laminator interface or standard do these pretrimmed pouches follow, and what does that limit in practice?

The pretrimmed pouches are compatible with all laminator brands, so no proprietary standard limits which machine you can use.

What physical dimensions must my laminator's feed slot accommodate for these pouches?

Each pouch measures 2 5/8 x 3 3/8 inches, so the laminator feed slot must accept at least that width and length.
