7-Pocket Expanding File Folder

This expanding file folder holds A4 and Letter size documents across seven tabbed pockets. It is designed for students, office workers and anyone who needs to transport and sort up to 250 sheets in a single lightweight organiser. The reinforced polypropylene construction resists tearing and creasing during daily use. A secure bungee strap closure keeps contents protected while on the move.

Check Document Size and Volume

Verify that your paperwork fits A4 or Letter dimensions before ordering. The organiser accommodates up to 250 sheets, so assess whether your typical filing volume matches this capacity. Confirm you prefer a top-loading wallet style with tabbed dividers rather than a ring binder or box file. Ensure the 13 by 10 inch footprint suits your bag or desk space.

Build Your Filing System

The folder fits into backpacks, briefcases or desk drawers without adding bulk. Seven labelled pockets free you from loose stacks by giving each project or subject its own section. Two integrated pen slots keep writing tools at hand so you do not need a separate pencil case. The flexible expandable spine adapts to varying loads while maintaining a slim profile.
