HVAC Duct Sealing Tape

This FindTape aluminum foil tape is built for HVAC professionals who need reliable duct-joint sealing. The aggressive rubber adhesive bonds quickly to metal ductwork and holds under vibration. It also serves maintenance teams handling temporary metal repairs or moisture-barrier tasks on drums and canisters. The dead-soft foil conforms to irregular surfaces without spring-back.

Linered Dead-Soft Foil Construction

A release liner protects the adhesive until application, keeping the roll clean during storage and transport. The 2 mil dead-soft aluminum backing bends around curved ducts and fittings without kinking, while the total 4 mil thickness resists tearing during handling. Users can unroll, position, and press the tape in one motion, reducing install time on ladder work.

260 Degree Fahrenheit Temperature Rating

The adhesive system remains stable from -20 degrees F up to 260 degrees F, covering both sub-zero ambient conditions and high-heat supply plenums. Buyers who need continuous exposure beyond 260 degrees F should select a different tape. The 2 inch by 50 yard roll length suits standard residential and light-commercial duct runs.
