Install From the Front

Each stud pushes through the rail hole from the front, a yellow lock washer drops on, and the nut spins down in under 30 seconds. The design supports the equipment while you fasten it, so single-handed mounting of heavy units becomes practical. If your rail thickness is 2.2 mm or less, the red version is recommended instead.

Rail Thickness Limits

These 3.2 mm studs fit rails between 2.7 mm and 3.2 mm thick, matching the EIA-310 hole size of 90.5 mm. They withstand shear forces above 400 pounds but are not intended for rails outside the stated thickness range.
