Portable 600Ws Battery Monolight
The Flashpoint XPLOR 600 R2 is a 600Ws battery-powered monolight built for photographers who need studio output without mains power. It runs on an 11.1V 8700mAh lithium-ion cell rated for over 450 full-power flashes per charge. A built-in 2.4GHz R2 radio system supports Canon, Nikon and other Flashpoint R2 remotes for wireless control. The bundle includes a Glow EZ Lock 20" deep parabolic softbox.
Bowens Mount and Interchangeable Battery
A standard Bowens S-type mount accepts a wide range of modifiers including the supplied 20" softbox, which locks on without a speed ring. The rechargeable battery pack is user-swappable so a spare extends shooting time on location. An AC charger set and compartment case are included for transport and replenishment. High Speed Sync and stroboscopic modes are available alongside first- and second-curtain sync.
Replaces Tethered Studio Strobes
This kit replaces AC-tethered 600Ws strobes when shoots move outdoors or to venues without reliable power. The jump is worth it for photographers who regularly exceed the output of speedlights and need modelling light, wireless groups and 183ft guide number at ISO 100. It is not for buyers who require TTL automation or who need more than 600Ws per head.
