Chair mat for standard-pile carpet

The Floortex ECO114860EP is a rectangular chair mat measuring 60" by 48" with a .37" thickness. Its clear, tinted polymer surface contains up to 50% recycled content and is manufactured using up to 30% renewable energy. The rigid construction provides an easy-glide ergonomic surface for caster-based chairs. The mat is 100% recyclable and includes a gripper back designed for carpet use.

Suited to carpeted home or office desks

This mat fits standard-pile carpets up to 3/8" thick and protects flooring from caster wear. It is not intended for high-pile or plush carpeting where the gripper backing cannot hold. Buyers needing a mat for hard floors without carpet should look at smooth-backed alternatives. The rectangular shape may not suit L-shaped or corner desk configurations.

Gripper backing for standard-pile carpet

The defining specification is the gripper back engineered for standard-pile carpets up to 3/8" thick. This backing anchors the mat to prevent shifting during use. Without this specific carpet type the mat will not stay in place. Verify your carpet pile height before purchasing.
