Compact 5.0 Home Theater System

The Fluance Elite SX50BC is a passive 5.0 channel speaker system finished in black ash. It includes two 2-way bookshelf speakers, a dedicated center channel, and two rear surround speakers designed to work together as a matched set. The engineered MDF cabinets are built to minimize distortion for a natural listening experience. This system connects to an external AV receiver or amplifier.

Ideal for Dedicated Surround Setups

This system suits buyers who want a complete, timbre-matched 5.0 surround package for movies and music without purchasing speakers separately. The compact bookshelf form factor fits on shelves or stands in small to medium rooms. It is not for users who need a powered system with built-in amplification or wireless connectivity. Buyers requiring a subwoofer for low-frequency effects must add one separately.

5.0 Channel Passive Configuration

The defining specification is the 5.0 channel passive architecture, meaning five speakers rely entirely on an external amplifier for power. This determines the necessary receiver channels and wiring layout before purchase. The matched driver design across all five speakers ensures consistent tonal balance throughout the soundstage. Verify your amplifier provides five channels of appropriate power for your room size.
