Fiber cleaning kit for test kits

The five-pack provides replacement cleaners for 2.5 mm connectors used with MultiFiber Pro optical power meters. It supports field maintenance on compatible fiber test kits including the MFTK1200 MFTK-SM1310 and MFTK-SM1550 models. Technicians can keep connector end faces free of contamination during verification work.

Consumable item with no power or thermal load

As a passive cleaning supply the product generates no heat and draws no power in normal use. There are no moving parts or fans so acoustic output is absent. The pack simply replenishes cleaning capacity for ongoing fiber inspection tasks.

Questions about this item

How do I install the QUICKCLEAN-2.5-5P cleaner onto my MultiFiber Pro Optical Power Meter?

Align the 2.5 mm tip with the meter's adapter port and push straight in until it clicks; the step often missed is removing the protective cap from the new cleaner first.

When should I replace a QUICKCLEAN-2.5-5P unit during MFTK1200 kit maintenance?

Discard the cleaner when the internal cloth no longer advances or after the cleaning window appears soiled; each of the five units is single-use and not refillable.
