Wiremap adapter and cable identifier set #2–6 extends OneTouch AT and LinkRunner AT testers to locate breaks and shorts
The Fluke Networks WireView 2-6 is a set of wiremap adapters and cable identifiers numbered two through six. It extends the basic cable test functions of the OneTouch AT Network Assistant and LinkRunner AT Network Auto-Tester. Network technicians use it to verify copper cabling installations and troubleshoot connectivity faults.
These adapters operate only when connected to a compatible Fluke Networks tester; they have no independent display or power source. The set adds five remote identifiers to the tester's native capability, allowing a single technician to map and label multiple cable runs from one end. They do not support fibre testing or any protocol analysis beyond wiremap verification.
The kit provides identifiers #2 to #6, so five distinct cable runs can be tested and labelled in a single session without moving the remote ends. It detects opens, shorts, miswires, reversals and split pairs on twisted-pair cables. It cannot measure length, attenuation or crosstalk, and it does not certify links to any category standard.
