A 2-port HDMI KVM switch that lets two computers share one monitor at up to 4K@30Hz, plus four USB 2.0 peripherals, with driver-free operation and USB-powered convenience
The FOCUSTEC HDMI KVM switch lets two computers share one monitor, keyboard, mouse and up to four USB 2.0 peripherals with a single button press. It supports video resolutions up to 4K at 30 Hz as well as 1080p and 3D formats. The unit draws power from an included USB cable so no separate power adapter is required. A metal chassis adds durability for daily switching.
This switch suits home offices or small studios where two PCs or a PC and a console need to share a display, wireless keyboard, mouse, printer or flash drives. It works driver-free with Windows, macOS, Linux, game consoles and media players that output HDMI. Buyers who need to switch more than two computers or require USB 3.0 speeds for fast storage should look at a different model.
The maximum supported video timing is 4K at 30 Hz, which is adequate for office work, media playback and console gaming. If your workflow demands 4K at higher refresh rates, this unit will not meet that requirement.

The switch passes video up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second, so a 4K monitor will display at that refresh rate; 1080p and lower resolutions are also supported.
All four USB ports operate at USB 2.0 speeds, which is sufficient for keyboards, mice, printers and flash drives but will not deliver USB 3.0 transfer rates.
It has a metal enclosure, draws power from the included USB cable so no separate adapter is required, and connects each computer via one HDMI cable and one USB cable.
