SKU CH-EZDC-MK8BH

  • Product typeUSB
  • Control four computers with one keyboard, mouse and monitor
  • Three USB 2.0 ports share printers, drives and peripherals across all systems
  • Maximum video resolution 2048 x 1536 at 500 MHz bandwidth
  • Audio and microphone switching included for complete desktop audio
  • Works with Windows, macOS, Linux, UNIX and DOS out of the box

Four-Computer Desktop Control

The FOCUSTEC 4-port VGA KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse and monitor manage four separate computers. It draws power from the connected systems so no external adapter is required. Front-panel push buttons and LED indicators show the active channel. The metal chassis fits on any desk without taking much space.

Steady Multi-System Operation

Because the unit is bus-powered, it stays active as long as at least one host computer is running. USB 2.0 ports maintain keyboard, mouse and peripheral links without re-enumeration delays when switching. Audio and microphone paths remain open so conferencing or recording continues uninterrupted across all four machines.

VGA and USB 2.0 Practical Limits

The video path supports up to 2048x1536 at 500 MHz bandwidth with DDC automatic identification. USB 2.0 caps peripheral throughput at the standard 2.0 rate, so high-speed storage or video capture devices will not reach their full potential. Four attached cables keep the installation simple but fix the maximum reach.
