Drivers wanting dry and wet summer grip

Suits owners of passenger cars and SUVs who need confident dry and wet traction during warm months. The tyre is speed rated up to 168 mph and carries a 95 load index with XL reinforcement. Buyers who need winter or all-season capability should look elsewhere, as this is a dedicated summer compound.

Questions about this item

Will the 17 inch rim diameter and 215/50R17 size fit my existing wheels?

The tire is built for a 17 inch rim and matches the 215/50R17 size, so it will mount on wheels with that exact diameter and width specification.

Can I run this 95W XL summer tire on the same axle as an older all-season tire with a lower speed rating?

Mixing a W-rated summer tire with a lower-rated all-season tire on the same axle is not recommended because the speed capability and wet grip will differ, affecting stability.

How do I confirm the tire is seated and performing correctly after installation?

Check that the bead seats evenly on the 17 inch rim, verify the sidewall shows the 215/50R17 95W XL markings, and confirm steady handling without vibration at highway speeds.
