Transit Platinum 32″ 12 V Smart TV

The Free Signal TV Transit Platinum is a 32-inch LED television designed for 12 V DC power in recreational vehicles, boats and other mobile settings. It combines a 1080p panel with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and popular streaming apps for entertainment on the move. Anti-vibration construction and Flex Environment engineering help it withstand road shock and wide temperature swings.

Best for mobile viewers needing 12 V operation

This set suits owners of RVs, boats or work trucks who want a direct 12 V connection without an inverter and who value an integrated SD-DVD player. Buyers who need a larger screen for a permanent home installation or who require multiple HDMI inputs for a complex AV system should consider other options.

Runs on 12 V DC power

The defining specification is the 12-volt DC input, which lets the TV run straight from a vehicle or marine electrical system. This eliminates the need for an external inverter and makes the unit practical for off-grid use where mains power is unavailable.

Questions about this item

Will this 12 V DC television run directly from my RV house battery without an inverter?

Yes, the Transit Platinum is built for 12 V DC power so it connects straight to a vehicle or marine battery system — no inverter required.

How can I confirm the set is performing correctly once installed?

Power it up and verify the 1080p picture appears across the full 178-degree viewing angle, then test the built-in apps and the integrated SD-DVD player for playback.

Does the package contain the integrated SD-DVD player and Wi-Fi, or do I need to buy a separate streaming device?

The SD-DVD player and Wi-Fi are built into the TV itself, so nothing extra is needed for disc playback or streaming apps.
