Arctic Expansion for Planet Zoo

Planet Zoo: Arctic Pack adds an Arctic-themed expansion to the base simulation game. Published and developed by Frontier Developments, it releases on PC via a Steam code. The downloadable content introduces two new career scenarios and over 200 scenery pieces for park decoration. Four exclusive Arctic animals join the roster, each with distinct welfare requirements.

For Scenario Builders and Arctic Theme Fans

Players who enjoy structured campaign challenges will appreciate the Norway and Mexico scenarios. Zoo designers seeking cold-climate aesthetics gain extensive new building and foliage options. This pack requires the base Planet Zoo game to function, so owners of only other Frontier titles cannot use it. Buyers wanting tropical or aquatic animal packs should look at different expansions.

Steam Activation Required

A third-party Steam account is mandatory to redeem the supplied code and download the content. The product key delivers the expansion directly to the user's Steam library on PC. Supported spoken languages include English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese-Brazil, Russian, Spanish, and Spanish Mexico. Subtitle support extends to Czech, Danish, Dutch, and others.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Planet Zoo: Arctic Pack DLC using the Steam code?

Redeem the code in Steam via Games > Activate a Product on Steam, then ensure the base game Planet Zoo is installed; the DLC will download automatically and appear in the DLC list.

Will the four new Arctic animals need habitat updates if the base game receives future patches?

The Polar Bear, Reindeer, Arctic Wolf and Dall Sheep use existing habitat systems, so any base-game patch that changes animal needs or terrain tools will apply to them automatically.

What performance limit appears first when running the new scenarios with over 200 scenery pieces on minimum specifications?

The minimum system requirements for Planet Zoo target 1080p low settings; adding dense Arctic scenery and large animal populations typically hits GPU memory and frame-rate limits before CPU bounds.
