Upgrade from Basic Dictaphones with Limited Storage

This recorder replaces devices that rely solely on low-capacity internal memory or lack voice-activation. The jump is worth it when you need 9900 hours of recording at 32kbps or automatic start/stop that saves space during silent passages in classrooms or conferences.

At 32kbps the memory holds roughly 9900 hours of audio; at 512kbps continuous recording runs for 33 hours on a full charge. Playback with earphones lasts 24 hours. The 500mAh lithium-ion battery recharges via USB and weighs 0.2 grams.

Questions about this item

Does the 0.39 by 1.06 by 4.13 inch body fit a shirt pocket?

Yes, the recorder measures 0.39 L x 1.06 W x 4.13 H inches and weighs 0.17 pounds, so it slips easily into a shirt pocket.

How do I insert the included 128 GB TF card and avoid the common mistake?

The 128 GB TF card comes pre-inserted; the step users miss is formatting it on the recorder before the first session to ensure the full 136 GB capacity is recognised.

When will the 500 mAh lithium-ion battery need replacing?

The battery delivers up to 38 hours of life and 33 hours of continuous recording at 512 kbps; expect to replace it when runtime drops well below those figures.
