Portable Drawing Tablet for Beginners

The GAOMON S620 provides a 6.5 by 4 inch active area suited to digital drawing, sketching and online annotation. It targets beginners starting with graphics design or animation and professionals needing a lightweight device for travel. The tablet also supports rhythm gaming and works with common meeting software for remote classes.

Battery-Free Pen and Four Express Keys

A passive stylus with 8192 pressure levels removes the need for charging and delivers precise line control. Four programmable express keys can be assigned to shortcut functions to speed up creative workflows. The slim profile measures 10.16 by 16.51 by 0.1 inches and weighs 0.25 kilograms, connecting via a Micro USB cable.

USB Interface and OS Limits

Connectivity relies on a wired USB link compatible with Windows 7 or later and macOS 10.12 or later. The tablet does not support iPad or iPhone and offers no Bluetooth 5.0 or wireless option. Buyers who need a larger workspace, tilt recognition or more express keys will find this model does not meet those requirements.

Questions about this item

What does the USB interface cap for data transfer on this GAOMON S620?

The tablet uses a Micro USB connection for both power and data; no higher-speed standard such as USB-C or Bluetooth 5.0 is supported on this model.

What physical space and mounting does the S620 need on a desk?

The active area measures 6.5 x 4 inches and the unit itself is 10.16 x 16.51 x 0.1 inches, weighing 0.25 kilograms with no mounting holes — it simply rests flat.

How is the GAOMON S620 installed, and what step do users often miss?

Plug the Micro USB cable into the computer, then install the GAOMON driver for Windows 7 or later or macOS 10.12 or later; the pen works without batteries, but pressure and the 4 express keys need the driver.
