Wire Cap Connectors for Electrical Work

Gardner Bender 45-515UVB wire cap connectors come in a pack of 10 for securing wires, cables, hoses and ducts. The flexible nylon material stays serviceable from -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. They are recognised under UL component program E125869. This makes them suitable for professional electricians and maintenance crews.

UV-Resistant Nylon With Double Lock

Each 15 inch tie uses a double lock design for a secure hold on bundled conductors. The UV black nylon resists degradation in outdoor sunlight and harsh environments. Meeting UL 94V-2 flammability classification, the material self-extinguishes in a fire scenario. Installers can trust the connection in conduit, panels or exposed runs.

Replaces Single-Lock Ties in Harsh Conditions

This product upgrades from standard single-lock cable ties when vibration or temperature cycling risks loosening the bundle. The jump is worth it for automotive, marine or industrial sites where UV exposure and heat demand the 185 degree rating. Buyers needing only indoor, low-temperature bundling may not require this specification.
