Miniature circuit breaker rated 20 A, single-pole, 120/240 V AC with 10 kA interrupting capacity and bolt-on mounting for load centres
The GE THQB1120 is a 20 amp single-pole miniature circuit breaker rated for 120/240V AC. It belongs to the THQB series and fits a 100A frame size. Electricians and facility managers use it to protect lighting panels and load centres in residential and light-commercial installations.
The breaker mounts by bolting directly onto the panel bus, providing a secure mechanical connection that resists vibration. Screw-clamp terminals accept copper wire from 14 AWG up to 8 AWG and aluminium wire from 12 AWG up to 8 AWG. A toggle actuator gives clear on/off indication during routine maintenance or fault finding.
The maximum AIR rating of 10 kA at 120/240V AC defines the fault current the breaker can safely interrupt. Systems with available fault current above this level require a different protective device. The breaker carries no DC voltage rating, so it must not be used in DC circuits.

The breaker is rated for a maximum AIR of 10kA at 120/240V AC.
It uses a bolt-on mounting style, measures 3.5 in long by 1 in wide by 3.3 in deep, and fits a 100A THQ frame.
Terminals accept 14 to 8 AWG copper or 12 to 8 AWG aluminium; the step often missed is tightening the screw-clamp to the specified torque.
