GE THQB2115 15A 2-pole breaker

The GE THQB2115 is a 15 A miniature circuit breaker built for standard bolt-on load centres and lighting panels. It protects single-phase 120/240 V AC branch circuits with a toggle actuator and screw-clamp terminals. Electrical contractors and panel builders use it for new installations or direct replacement in compatible GE THQB enclosures.

10 kA interrupting limit at 120/240 V AC

The breaker carries a maximum AIR rating of 10 kA at its rated voltage. Circuits with available fault current above this level require a higher-rated protective device upstream. The unit is not rated for DC applications, so it must only be applied on alternating-current systems within the stated voltage range.

Handles 14–8 AWG copper or 12–8 AWG aluminium

Screw-clamp terminals accept copper conductors from 14 to 8 MCM and aluminium from 12 to 8 MCM, covering typical residential branch-circuit wiring. The 100 A frame size sets the physical mounting envelope, while the 15 A trip rating defines the continuous-load ceiling.
