Powered Bookshelf System

The Gemini ARIA926DW is a powered bookshelf speaker system designed for desktop and home listening. It combines an active speaker with a passive unit to deliver 60 watts of total power without needing a separate amplifier or receiver. Buyers who want a multi-channel surround setup or a passive hi-fi pair requiring external amplification should look elsewhere.

Bluetooth 5.3 and Wired Input Limits

Wireless streaming uses Bluetooth 5.3 for connection to phones, tablets or computers. Wired options include a 3.5 mm AUX input, optical and TV-ARC ports, though optical and ARC cables are not supplied. The system accepts only PCM or stereo audio formats and will not decode Dolby or DTS bitstreams from a TV or streaming app.

6.5" Driver Capacity and Bass Headroom

A 6.5 inch driver produces a quoted frequency response of 27 Hz to 120 kHz, giving useful low-frequency extension for music and movies in small to medium rooms. The compact 120 mm square cabinet limits maximum output and deep-bass authority compared to larger floor-standing designs, so very large spaces or reference-level playback will exceed its comfortable headroom.

Questions about this item

How do I choose between the single 6.5" 60W bookshelf system and other configurations?

The ARIA926DW is sold as a complete powered bookshelf system with one active and one passive speaker, 6.5" drivers and 60W total power, so there are no alternate capacities or versions to select.

What does the 60W rating mean for everyday listening at my desk?

The 60W amplifier drives both speakers for near-field or small-room use, delivering clear mids and bass down to 27Hz without a separate receiver.

What does Bluetooth 5.3 cap in practice when I stream from my phone?

Bluetooth 5.3 handles wireless audio streaming from phones, tablets or computers; the speaker also accepts 3.5mm AUX, optical and TV-ARC wired inputs for other sources.
