Powered bookshelf pair for desktop listening

The Gemini BT-04 White is a stereo speaker system rated at 30W per channel. It uses a 4-inch woofer in each cabinet and connects to turntables, PCs or TVs through a 3.5mm-RCA cable. The active design means no separate amplifier is required.

3.5mm-RCA cable and wall-mount option simplify setup

The box includes a 3.5mm-to-RCA audio cable so the system works with most line-level sources immediately. Each speaker measures 12.8 by 15 by 22 centimetres and can be wall-mounted, freeing desk or shelf space in smaller rooms.

60 watts total covers near-field music and dialogue

The 60-watt peak output drives the 4-inch drivers to a claimed 27Hz low end, suitable for vinyl playback, computer audio and TV sound at typical listening distances. Larger rooms or high-SPL home-theatre use will exceed the available headroom.

Questions about this item

How often should the 4-inch woofer surrounds be checked or replaced?

The 4-inch woofer uses rubber surrounds that typically last many years; inspect them if bass becomes distorted or the cone moves unevenly.

What thermal limit is reached first during continuous playback at 30 W per channel?

The internal amplifier’s heatsink reaches its safe-operating temperature before the drivers hit their 60 W peak rating, activating protection if ventilation is blocked.

How warm does the cabinet get and what is the fan noise after hours of use?

The wooden cabinet stays warm to the touch with no audible fan — the design relies on passive convection, so keep the rear vents clear for all-day operation.
