Built for indoor and outdoor sound

The Gemini LU43PB is a 4-inch three-way wired speaker pair finished in black. It uses a 4-inch woofer, 1.6-inch midrange and 1.06-inch piezo tweeter to cover 100 Hz to 20 kHz at 86 dB sensitivity. The ABS enclosure has a UV-resistant coating for covered patios, pool areas, garages or bookshelf mounting. The system handles 50 watts RMS and 100 watts peak power at 4 ohms nominal impedance. Hardware for wall or ceiling mounting is included.

Check amplifier match and wiring plan

Verify your amplifier or receiver can drive a 4-ohm load continuously at the required power level. The speakers are passive and need a wired connection from the amplifier to the binding posts on each cabinet. Ensure you have speaker cable long enough for the chosen locations and that the mounting surface can support the 8.25-inch high enclosures. The logo rotates 90 degrees so the pair can be oriented horizontally or vertically to suit the space.

Steady output on long listening sessions

At 50 watts RMS the drivers maintain their rated frequency response without thermal compression during extended playback. The polypropylene cones and PVA surrounds resist fatigue from repeated excursion. The UV-resistant resin coating and ABS cabinet prevent degradation from heat and moisture when the pair is installed in covered outdoor zones. Impedance stays stable at 4 ohms so the amplifier sees a consistent load throughout a full evening of music.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately to make the speakers work?

The package includes a pair of LU43PB speakers with mounting hardware for ceiling or wall installation. A separate amplifier such as the Dual Electronics DBTMA100 Bluetooth Amplifier is required because the speakers are passive and have no built-in power.

Which version should I choose — the 4-inch woofer model or a larger driver?

This model uses a 4-inch Polyelite woofer paired with a 1.6-inch polypropylene midrange and a 1.06-inch piezo dome tweeter in a 3-way design; no other driver size is offered for the LU43PB series.

What does the 100-watt peak power rating mean for real-world listening?

The speakers handle 50 watts RMS continuous power and 100 watts peak, with 86 dB sensitivity at 2.83 volts, so a modest amplifier will drive them to loud, clear levels in a patio or garage.
