Scale and purpose

This 1/200 scale diecast model replicates the Boeing 737-700 in the Southwest Airlines California Flag livery. It is aimed at adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts who value officially licensed, true-to-scale detail. The model arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging with a display stand included.

Upgrade context

It replaces simpler plastic toys or smaller-scale replicas that lack the diecast metal construction and accurate flap-down configuration. The jump is worth it when a collector wants the heavy, realistic feel of metal combined with detailed exterior features that match the real aircraft precisely.

Installation and pitfalls

No assembly is required; the model is ready for display straight from the box. The main limitation is that this model has no openings, so doors and hatches cannot be posed open. Collectors should also note the fixed flaps-down position cannot be changed once the model is placed on its stand.
