General Purpose Microfiber Cloth

The Genuine Joe 39506CT is a general purpose microfiber cloth supplied in a 180 count carton. It is intended for offices, schools and facilities that need a large quantity of reusable cleaning cloths for everyday dusting and surface cleaning tasks.

Thermals, noise and power draw

As a passive microfiber cloth, the product generates no heat, produces no noise and draws no power during use. It requires no electricity, batteries or moving parts, so it adds no thermal load or acoustic footprint to the environment where it is deployed.

Build fit and system needs

Each cloth measures 16 by 16 inches and requires no assembly, chemicals or special equipment to operate. The bulk carton frees up storage space by consolidating 180 pieces into a single package, reducing reorder frequency for high volume cleaning programmes. It is not suited for buyers who need pre saturated wipes or disposable paper towels.

Questions about this item

How do I use the 16" microfiber cloths from the 180-count carton for dusting?

Use the cloths dry; the split microfiber fibers create a positive charge that lifts and holds dust from hardwoods and other surfaces without scratching.

When will the cloths from the 180-count carton need replacement?

Replace individual cloths when they no longer pick up dust effectively or leave lint behind; launder without fabric softener to maintain the split-fiber charge.

What limits performance during extended cleaning sessions with these 16" cloths?

The cloths saturate with dirt and lose their electrostatic grip, so swap to a fresh cloth from the carton when dust stops adhering.
