Questions about this item

How do I install the pump on each 20 fl oz bottle and what step is often missed?

Remove the shipping cap, screw the pump onto the bottle neck until it locks, then prime by pressing the pump several times until sanitizer flows; the step often missed is priming, which prevents air pockets and ensures the first dose dispenses correctly.

What maintenance or replacement will the 12-pack of 20 fl oz bottles need over time?

Each 20 fl oz bottle is replaced when empty; the pump mechanism is single-use and not designed for refill or repair, so the entire bottle is discarded and a new unit from the 12-pack is opened.

What limit appears first when the sanitizer is used continuously in a high-traffic area?

The 20 fl oz volume per bottle is the limiting factor; with frequent use a single bottle depletes quickly, requiring the next bottle from the 12-pack to maintain supply.
