Suits High-Traffic Washrooms Using CXR Fixtures

Facilities that already run Purell CXR REDIFOAM dispensers gain a compatible, fragrance-free refill that reduces maintenance and water use. Sites without the matching CXR hardware cannot use these cartridges and should select refills designed for their existing dispensers.

Fixture Compatibility Is the Deciding Factor

The refill works only with the Purell CXR REDIFOAM dispensing fixture, so buyers must confirm that exact hardware before ordering. No other dispenser model accepts this cartridge.
