Touch-Free Chrome Dispenser

The GOJO GOJ 8520-01 is a counter-mount soap dispenser finished in chrome for commercial washrooms. Its touch-free operation reduces cross-contamination during hand-washing routines. The unit suits offices, healthcare settings and hospitality venues that prioritise hygiene. Stainless steel construction supports daily use in high-traffic environments.

Touch-Free Hygiene Operation

Infrared sensing delivers soap without hand contact, limiting the spread of germs between users. The mechanism is designed for consistent, trouble-free performance across repeated activations. No manual pumping is required, which keeps the chrome surface cleaner for longer. Power requirements are handled by the integrated system.

Chrome Stainless Steel Build

The dispenser body uses stainless steel with a chrome finish that resists corrosion and frequent cleaning agents. Counter mounting creates a permanent, tidy installation that frees up wall space. The fixed position prevents unauthorised removal or tampering in public areas. Refill access is straightforward for maintenance staff.

Questions about this item

How is the GOJ 8520-01 installed on a counter, and what step is often missed?

The dispenser mounts through a single hole in the countertop; the step often missed is tightening the mounting nut securely from below so the chrome body does not rotate during use.

What maintenance or replacement will the GOJ 8520-01 need over time?

The soap refill cartridge and the batteries that power the touch-free sensor will need periodic replacement; the stainless-steel body itself requires only routine cleaning.

What limit appears first on the GOJ 8520-01 during sustained, high-traffic use?

Battery life becomes the first limit under continuous operation, as the sensor activates with every hand detection and will require fresh cells before the mechanism wears.
