Seven-piece in-wall center channel set

This seven-piece set provides a matched group of flush-mount center channel speakers for whole-home audio or multi-room theater installations. Each unit is a passive design that draws power from a home audio receiver or amplifier with raw speaker wire outputs. The speakers integrate with new and existing systems and require an amplifier delivering between 10 and 200 watts per channel. They suit installers who want a consistent center channel voice across multiple zones.

Pressure Lock mounting and paintable grilles

The proprietary Pressure Lock Mounting System clamps each speaker to drywall without separate hardware, fitting a rectangular cut-out of 16.25 by 7.5 inches and a mounting depth of 3.625 inches. Overall dimensions are 17.625 by 8.75 inches. Durable ABS housings and removable grilles can be painted to match the surrounding decor. An infrared housing knock-out plug is provided for an optional remote control receiver. Spring-loaded raw wire terminals accept bare conductor connections.

Dual 5.25-inch woofers and pivoting tweeters

Each speaker uses dual 5.25-inch woven fiber cone woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and shielded magnets alongside pivoting PEI dome tweeters. A second-order 12 dB per octave crossover networks the drivers. Frequency response spans 30 Hz to 20 kHz with a sensitivity of 92 dB at 8 ohms. The CL3-rated construction meets in-wall fire safety requirements for residential installations.
