Digital forehead thermometer for families
The GoodBaby thermometer uses infrared technology to measure temperature without contact. It is designed for adults, infants and elders and can also read room or object temperatures. The device displays results in Celsius or Fahrenheit and stores up to 35 readings in memory.
Check your measurement routine before use
Hold the sensor 1.5 inches from the centre of the forehead and ensure the skin is clean and dry. Wait ten minutes after washing or entering a different room, and allow ten seconds between consecutive readings. The unit operates accurately in ambient temperatures between 50°F and 104°F.
Sustained accuracy under repeated use
Forehead mode delivers laboratory accuracy of ±0.2°C or ±0.4°F, while object mode is rated at ±1°C or ±1.8°F. Each measurement completes in one second and the thermometer shuts down automatically after twelve seconds of inactivity to preserve the two included AAA batteries.
