Mini Hot Glue Sticks – 25 Count

Gorilla Mini Hot Glue Sticks come in a 25-count pack of clear adhesive sticks. Each stick measures 0.27 inches in diameter and fits standard mini-size glue guns. The polymer-based formula is designed for long-term holding power on hard-to-bond surfaces. Suitable for hobbyists, crafters and light repair work.

Extended Working Time & Weather Resistance

The adhesive offers an extended working time and sets in 45 seconds. It functions in both high and low-temperature glue guns without separate formulations. Once cured, the bond is weather-resistant and rated 5X more durable than leading hot glue sticks used in high-temperature guns. These traits reduce rework on outdoor or mixed-material projects.

0.27-Inch Diameter Determines Gun Fit

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 0.27-inch stick diameter. Guns designed for full-size sticks cannot accept these mini sticks. Buyers needing a larger glue volume per trigger pull or a full-size stick format should choose a different product.

Questions about this item

Will I need to replace the 0.27 in diameter sticks with a different size later?

These mini sticks are 0.27 in diameter and fit standard mini glue guns; they do not require a different size unless you switch to a full-size gun that takes larger sticks.

What limit appears first when using the 25-count pack continuously?

The 45-second dry time per application sets the pace; you must wait for each bond to set before moving the workpiece, so throughput is limited by that cooling interval.

How much heat or fumes do the polymer sticks produce during all-day use?

The clear polymer adhesive is designed for both high and low-temperature guns and is weather-resistant; normal use produces typical hot-melt heat and minimal odour.
