Connects a DSLR or SLR to a 1.25" telescope focuser for prime-focus or eyepiece-projection astrophotography, with variable magnification and 37 mm eyepiece clearance
The Gosky 1.25 Variable Telescope Camera Adapter connects a DSLR or SLR to a telescope for astrophotography. It supports both prime focus and eyepiece projection methods. The all-metal anodised aluminium body is threaded for 1.25 inch telescope filters. A T-ring for the specific camera brand is required and sold separately.
The adapter inserts into a 1.25 inch focuser and accepts a T-ring on the camera side. No tools or electronics are involved in the setup. The variable design lets the user adjust magnification for framing. Eyepieces used in projection mode must not exceed a 37mm maximum outer diameter to fit.
This adapter suits photographers who own a DSLR or SLR and a telescope with a 1.25 inch focuser. It is not for users with 2 inch focusers unless a separate reducer is sourced. It is also not for camera owners who cannot obtain the correct T-ring for their lens mount. Buyers needing electronic focus control or autoguider ports should look elsewhere.

Insert the T-adapter end into the 1.25" focuser until it stops, then secure the locking screw; the camera should reach focus when pointed at a bright star.
The package contains the variable camera adapter only; you must buy a T-ring matching your specific SLR or DSLR brand.
Any 1.25" eyepiece with a barrel diameter of 37 mm or less will slide into the adapter for eyepiece-projection shots.
