Four-Channel AHD Capture for 720p Workflows

The GRACETOP 4CH AHD Audio Video Converter accepts four analogue high-definition camera inputs at up to 1280x720 resolution and 30 frames per second. It streams the combined feed over a single USB 3.0 connection to Windows, macOS or Linux without requiring any driver installation. The device is aimed at installers, educators and broadcasters who need a compact way to bring multiple AHD sources into recording or streaming software.

Sustained 30 FPS Capture Across All Channels

Each of the four channels maintains the specified 1280x720 at 30 Hz during continuous recording sessions, avoiding the frame drops that can appear in short-burst tests. The USB 3.0 bandwidth handles the aggregate data rate so that long lectures, medical procedures or surveillance shifts write steadily to the host drive. The hardware also tolerates 720p at 60 fps on individual channels when the source supports it, giving headroom for smoother motion without changing the capture pipeline.

Driver-Free UVC/UAC Design with Direct USB Cable

The capture card implements standard UVC and UAC interfaces, so it appears as a regular webcam and audio device to OBS, VLC, PotPlayer and similar applications. No external power adapter is needed; the unit draws power from the host USB port and the attached cable eliminates an extra connector that could work loose. Builders who require SDI, HDMI or IP camera inputs, or who need more than four simultaneous channels, will need a different capture solution.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 4CH AHD converter draw from the USB 3.0 port when recording all four channels at 720P 30FPS all day?

The device is bus-powered over USB 3.0 and requires no external power supply, so it draws all operating power from the host port during continuous 4-channel capture.

Which operating systems and software environments does the converter work with without installing any driver?

It is plug-and-play on Windows, macOS and Linux and works with any UVC/UAC-compatible application such as OBS, VLC, PotPlayer, Twitch or YouTube streaming tools.

Can I keep using my existing AHD cameras that output 720P at 30FPS with this capture card?

Yes, the card accepts AHD input up to 1280x720 at 30Hz and supports 60fps at 720p, so your current 720P 30FPS cameras will connect directly via the four input channels.
