Handheld Spray Gun Storage Kit

The Graco 16M816 kit provides organised storage and start-up components for compatible handheld spray guns. It arrives new in a transparent finish so contents remain visible at a glance. The kit is designed to support daily preparation and protection of the spray equipment.

Suits owners of listed Graco models.

This kit is intended for use with manufacturer numbers 16N657, 16N673 and 16H240. Painters using different gun models will find the fit and included components unsuitable. Buyers who need storage for unlisted sprayers should look at alternative solutions.

Compatibility defined by three manufacturer numbers

The single specification that decides fit is the approved use with Mfr. No. 16N657, 16N673 and 16H240. No other model numbers are supported by this kit. Verify the exact manufacturer number on your spray gun before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Graco 16M816 storage kit for models 16N657, 16N673, or 16H240, and what step is often missed?

Place the handheld spray gun into the transparent kit housing and secure the latch; the step often missed is confirming the gun model matches 16N657, 16N673, or 16H240 before closing.

What maintenance or replacement will the Graco 16M816 kit need over time?

Inspect the transparent housing for cracks and the latch for wear; replace the kit if the seal no longer protects the spray gun from debris or solvent exposure.

What limit appears first when the Graco 16M816 kit sees sustained daily use?

The transparent housing can develop stress fractures from repeated solvent contact and mechanical loading, reducing its ability to shield the spray gun.
