What it is and who it serves

GREENCYCLE DM-30270 is a 57mm x 76m white continuous receipt roll designed for direct thermal printers. It suits retail, hospitality and logistics operations that need high-volume printing without ink or toner. The BPA-free paper produces crisp, legible output for receipts, tickets and shipping manifests. One roll reduces change-overs during busy shifts.

Sustained-load behaviour

Each roll delivers 249 feet of non-adhesive thermal paper on a 1-inch core, supporting long print runs without reloading. Direct thermal technology maintains consistent darkness across the full length, so the last receipt matches the first. The smooth, bright white surface resists paper dust and feeds reliably through compatible LabelWriter and CoStar models during continuous daily use.

Deciding specification

The roll is 57mm wide and 76m long with a 1-inch core, matching the Dymo 30270 form factor. It fits LabelWriter 300, 400, 450, 4XL, EL60, CoStar and Seiko SLP series printers listed in the compatibility data. It does not work with Dymo 550, 5XL or 550 Turbo models, so verify the printer before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the 57 mm wide roll generate any noise or heat during continuous printing?

The roll itself is passive direct-thermal paper; all noise and heat come from the printer mechanism, not the media.

Which printer models must I already own for the 30270 roll to work?

Compatible Dymo LabelWriters include 300, 310, 315, 320, 330, 400, 400 Duo, 400 Twin Turbo, 450, 450 Duo, 450 Turbo, 450 Twin Turbo, 4XL, EL40, EL60, SE300, SE450 and listed CoStar and Seiko models.

Will the 1-inch core 249-foot roll feed correctly in an older Dymo 400 or 450 unit I keep?

Yes, the 1-inch core and 57 mm width match the original 30270 specification used by those legacy LabelWriters.
