Shipping labels — size and pack

These white direct-thermal labels measure 2-5/16" x 4" and carry a red border. Each roll holds 300 labels and the pack contains six rolls. They are made for high-volume shipping, mailing and address printing. No ink or toner is required.

Who these suit — and who they do not

They work with many older Dymo LabelWriter models including the 300, 400, 450 and 4XL series, plus a wide range of Zebra, Datamax, Sato and Honeywell desktop printers. Buyers with a LabelWriter 550, 5XL or 550 Turbo cannot use them.

Critical compatibility rule

The single deciding factor is the printer model: these rolls are not compatible with Dymo LabelWriter 550, 5XL or 550 Turbo machines. If your printer is one of those three, you need a different label stock.

Questions about this item

Will these DM-30344 labels feed correctly through my older Dymo LabelWriter 400?

Yes, the rolls are compatible with the LabelWriter 400, 400 Duo and 400 Twin Turbo, so they will feed and print without jamming on that model.

How can I confirm the labels are printing cleanly after I load a roll?

Print a test label; the direct thermal surface should produce sharp black text and barcodes with no ink, no smudging and no yellowing.

What comes in the box and do I need a separate ribbon or ink cartridge?

The box contains six rolls of 300 white labels with a red border, each 59 mm by 101 mm; no ribbon, toner or ink cartridge is required.
